Meet Our Staff

Catherine Hindle - Teacher/Administrator at KKCP. 

"Mrs. Hindle" has always been involved with children.  She started with babysitting, Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, youth groups and summer camp counselling.  After High School, Cathy completed a BA (History and English, with almost 40 credit-hours in Education courses), Early Childhood Education Certificate, and Montessori Training.  She has continually engaged in professional development opportunities while working in out-of-school care, daycare, Montessori preschool, community play-based preschool, and Christian preschools.  In addition, she enjoyed an opportunity to work as a Teaching Assistant in a Christian School, taught a course in Early Childhood Education, and was a field supervisor for ECE students. Cathy is a dedicated teacher who enjoys helping preschoolers grow in all areas, developing a positive, confident attitude towards life-long learning.  Her passion, however, has been partnering with parents in encouraging their children's faith life.  Sharing the Gospel and praying with her students on a daily basis is a privilege.  She is excited about the opportunity to tell the children that the God who created the whole Universe also created, loves and cares for them personally, listens to them, and walks with them to help them through all of life's challenges and share all of life's joys.  Finally, Cathy's most important and rewarding experience by far has been becoming a Mom!  She and her husband have one son, almost five, who has Autism--which has brought a whole new twist to everything she thought she knew.
